Excellence In Service Awards

In 2001 the first Bega Outstanding Business Awards Gala Night was held. After five (5) successful years of Awards nights a change in the way of acknowledging the best of the best in business and service is underway with the first award announced at the end of July 2006.

Selection Criteria will be the same as previous years, i.e. personal presentation/appearance, product knowledge, signage, window dressing and overall business presentation.
Nominations are welcome from the general public, with the finalists being chosen by a select panel of judges from members of the public
Award winners will be a Business or individual Staff Member of a local business.
NB: Should a business be a monthly winner only the local in–store senior manager is eligible for entry into the end of year mystery trip.
No indication or notification will be given as to the judging taking place in any one month, i.e. businesses and employees will be judged at random and will be in no set order.
Winners will be notified at the end of each month.
Presented with a trophy from the Bega Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
