The Sapphire Community Pantry Provides affordable groceries & produce, helping people’s budget go further. Everyone in the community is welcome to shop with us. You do not need to have a health care card, or any meet any requirements to shop with us. We also help people in need by supplying food and essentials for no charge. Address: 2 Peden Street, Bega. (Opposite Beaurepaires) Hours: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday – 11:00am to 2:00pm Thursday – 11:00am to 4:00pm Ricky’s Place Ricky’s Place is our community cafe, running from the kitchen at St John’s Anglican Church in Bega. We offer delicious, freshly prepared meals that anyone can enjoy, while providing a welcoming space for socialising over tea, coffee, or a bite to eat. While the meals are free, we greatly appreciate any donation to help offset our expenses. Menu changes weekly. Hours: Every Monday 12:30pm – 2:00pm Volunteers always needed at both locations.
