The Bega Valley Data Collective (BVDC) is thrilled to share the results of our “Measuring What Matters in the Bega Valley” project!
This initiative launched late last year concluded in April this year, the aim was to capture how our community felt about having a say in decisions that affect their collective wellbeing. Through surveys, workshops, and online sessions, we received a wealth of valuable insights that paint a clear picture of what truly matters to the people of the Bega Valley.
Your Voice, Your Vision
The overwhelming responses from the survey and workshop group discussions generated rich insights, such as a strong desire for a community-driven approach to wellbeing. Residents expressed a desire for a future that prioritises not just economic prosperity, but also social connection, physical and mental health, and environmental sustainability.
