Speaking of events, the Chambers events committee has some fresh faces and is enthusiastic to organise a number of events for the rest of this year. Our major Christmas promotion will be held on December the 7th in Littleton Gardens with plenty of rides for the kids and foodies already booked in for the event.
Before that, we are planning a charity ball in October and a Spring promotion, with more details to come.
One significant event coming up very soon is the Annual General meeting. The date for the AGM is July 27th with all elected positions to be filled. If you have an interest in any of the roles on the chamber from the President down to committee members, I would encourage you to reach out and have a chat about the expectations of each of the roles. We would always encourage members to get more involved and share their ideas and expertise to benefit the Bega community.
