The business case is moving ahead at a rapid pace. Over the last six weeks we have met with over thirty separate organisations to discuss the projects, get their ideas, gather interest in their participation and generally discuss the site. Along with our Consultants NGH and Architects Edmiston Jones we have developed spatial concepts of eight possible options for the site.

Last week the Economic Development committee met to discuss the eight options and narrow them down to the one preferred option.  The task now will be to further develop the plan into more details concept drawings. We will also now commence the economic modelling process that among other things will come up with an estimated cost for the project’s construction.
